CurrentSince joining Wilson Ihrig in 1992, I've gained experience in many areas of the practice including rail/transit, environmental, construction, forensic, architectural, and industrial projects. I have conducted extensive field measurements, established acceptability criteria, and calculated future noise and vibration levels. In the many of these areas, I have prepared CEQA and NEPA noise technical studies and EIR/EIS sections. My extensive work on rail transit systems has taken me all around the United States, as well as to São Paulo, Hong Kong, and Tel Aviv. I have a thorough understanding of the technical, public relations, and political aspects of environmental noise and vibration compliance work, and have helped resolve complex community noise issues. In addition, I serve as an expert witness on legal matters relating to noise and vibration.
