Not to just sell equipment to XYZ Corporation and move on to the next application or prospect, but to understand the customer’s need, then research and present the most viable solution, and lastly ensure successful implementation. My advanced technical background in chemical and biomedical engineering is the basis for my problem solving approach. This combined with experience as a process engineer for Procter & Gamble, in automation technical sales, as a solution provider in the material handling sector, and having visited hundreds of facilities in the aerospace, industrial, manufacturing, and hospital markets has produced a very knowledgeable and productive resource for my customers.
