Additional Duties-Create invoices and do bookkeeping to produce sales and trends.-Update and maintain current pricing for products by printing new sale tags for the department.-Update floorplanning based on targeted sales programs for seasonal products and promotional sales.-Submit orders for products based on needed inventory for the following days.-Maintain stock and ensure expired perishable items are disposed of and documented.-Manage shifts and schedules, reach out to team members in case of absences.-Assist with overnight shifts ensuring produce is fully restocked and rotated in the morning.Normal Duties -Stock, rotate, and maintain produce and perishable items throughout the day.-Prepare and label fresh cut produce for sale during the day, as well as produce extra supply for subsequent days.-Unload truck deliveries of product at night and ensure all produce is safely stored and stocked in the backrooms.-Assist customers with issues and finding products both in the produce department as well as the entire building.-Assist with maintaining the Floral department on off hours with customer requests.
