In 2009, I'd had enough of working for the insurance companies and decided to return to my roots, representing individuals from Hamilton and the surrounding area who had been hurt in an accident or denied an insurance claim. The time I spent representing injured parties and seeking top compensation to help them rebuild their lives inspired me to start my own firm.

My job as a defense litigator exclusively representing large insurance companies taught me how large insurance companies think. I learnt first-hand what it takes to win a personal injury case or reverse an insurance denial.Seeing what can happen to those who lack proper representation fueled my interest in personal injury law. I left this role so that I could make justice accessible to those who otherwise could not afford it.
