Founded in 1919, Beta Alpha Psi is an honor organization for financial information students and professionals. There are over 300 chapters on college and university campuses with over 300,000 members initiated since Beta Alpha Psi's formation.It is my honour, in cooperation with Gary Biddle (Professor of Accounting at the University of Melbourne) to have built the next chapter of BAP at the University of Melbourne joining some of the most prestigious chapters in Oceania.Achievements and Involvements:- Suprior Status: 2019, 2020 and 2021- 2nd place in the EY Inclusive Leadership Awards 2020. - Represented our Chapter at the 2019 Oceania Regional Meeting hosted by Monash University, 2019 Annual Meeting held in Chicago, 2020 and 2021 Regional and Annual Meeting, held virtually. - Mentored University of Melbourne student participants in Best Practises with outstanding results of 2nd place in 2019 and 3rd in 2020 within Oceania.- Helped our chapter achieve superior status. Derek is an experienced tax advisor within the EY Private - Tax team. Derek focuses on tax compliance and tax advisory services for privately owned businesses, family groups and high net wealth individuals.

NumberWorks'nWords was established in 1984 and is one of the world's longest-running tuition providers. Today NumberWorks'nWords is part of Crimson Education, an innovative service that helps students to discover and explore their interests, while also providing them with the academic, extracurricular and career-building support required to realise their ambitions.This role requires efficient management of classes up to 4 students and teaching them invaluable maths skills throughout their schooling life. As a Senior Tutor, I work with the management team to construct and deliver effective learning plans to students from pre-prep to year 12. I also help run skills-based workshops for staff and members of the Mathematics Team.
