Hello! I'm a passionate software engineer with a rich academic background in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Virginia. My journey has led me across borders, having the privilege to study Applied Mathematics at Fudan University in Shanghai.I've been fortunate to intern at global giants like Microsoft in Shanghai, as well as startups and research institutions in the U.S. These experiences have given me exposure to various aspects of software development, from building social media tools at RevArt and mobile applications at SmartTwigs, to cutting-edge AI research for autonomous vehicles.My strength lies in my diverse skill set which includes Python, Java, C++, web development tools, and more. I'm not just about codes and algorithms, though. I deeply value the human side of technology, which led me to research the impact of UI design on students' exam performance at UVA.Outside of the tech world, I'm an avid marathon runner, kayaker, and guitarist.
