Our roles and responsibilities include research, strategy, concepts, design, visualisation (2D &3D), decal files and sample reports for a wide range of bikes.We are constantly evaluating, updating and optimising our processes to best serve the needs of our clients in order to manage the CTG design and production of over 500 different models a year.There is never a dull day on the job and I feel blessed to be able to work in such a great industry, designing products which have a positive impact on peoples lives.In the last years I have become a huge advocate of using first principles thinking as a mental framework for operating, along with a strong focus on a positive growth mindset.

By covering not only the sports of Supercross, Motocross, Enduro and Rally, as well as bike design, custom and classic motorcycle culture, and the crossover bicycle sports we appeal to a broad demographic united through a passion for 2 wheels.We also have a rapidly growing number of fans on Facebook (Close to 400,000 at the time of writing) who are directed to DERESTRICTED.com whenever any big posts are made, and over 27,000 highly involved individuals on the DERESTRICTED Instagram feed which is fed into the main website.We provide good quality and often exclusive photos of the most exciting Street and offroad bikes in the world. We visit all of the major bicycle, snow sports and motorcycle shows and races. We also ride MX, Street bikes and Mountain bikes as often as possible, providing a wealth of content to post and the ability to test and review bikes and products.

Worked as a Freelance Designer for BMW Motorrad in München (amongst other clients at that time). Specifically on the BMW G310 Concept Stunt bike, The Mi:5 S1000R and the BMW HP4 RACE.

My main focus in the last few years at KISKA was to take the Creative lead for the KTM and Husqvarna motorcycle production color, trim and GFX / Powerwear and to help manage a small team to see projects from concept through to production. During my years at KISKA I also worked regularly with the communication and marketing departments to create print, video and online campaigns.

I was headhunted and persuaded to move to frankfurt to work on the Marlboro racing account, specifically to design websites for the Russian and South American markets, but I also did some work for various print campaigns. Went on to work on winning pitches for Harmon Kardon and other brands.

Designed and developed the new www.foxracing.com and also many micro-sites for different product launches. Also worked on the Design direction for catalogs, various POP, in-store posters, their 80sq ft exhibition design for the San Diego show and a range of different magazine advertising.

Designed, developed and coded three different versions of www.alpinestars.com over 3 years (yes it was possible to do that as one person back then!) and many different product micro-sites.Other tasks included advertising material, catalog and apparel design.
