I manage a talented team of IT professionals as they work to service our customers in-store and in the community. This includes managing the professional and technical development of each member of the team, delegating responsibilities appropriately, and reviewing, establishing procedures, and making policies to maximize efficiency that will encourage growth. This includes developing new technologies, tracking and identifying trends, and utilizing information to drive success. I administrate production, warranty support, desktop and server solutions, PC repair, smartphone and tablet repair, onsite networking installations and support, remote management, and many other services my company provides. I am frequently called upon to help manage customer expectations and in doing so provide the highest quality of customer service.

Build computers specified to work orders that include high-end workstations, servers, and business computers. Consult sales associates and technicians on production builds and deployment. Perform warranty repair work and testing of products that were sold. Some computer repair work, filled in with onsite repair work as needed to both Home and Business to Business customers.

Description: The supervision of 13 or more security officers on duty. Assignment of work schedules and payroll accountability for as many as 40 employees. Handling emergency or accidents that may occur on the job to include: fires, car accidents in the parking lot, water leaks, and so forth. Writing reports on the emergency or accident for Human Resources. Achievements: Various awards and training for Communication and Fire Protection.
