Digital Technology Leader for Carrier’s Commercial HVAC and Aftermarket North America Segment. In this role, I lead the strategy development, delivery, and usability of innovative digital solutions that transform products, services, and business operations to realize revenue and profitability targets. Previously commanded sailors as an engineering non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy. Completed two deployments, leading engineering operations during Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Bright Star (2005), and anti-piracy missions. Also led potable water generation, treatment, and distribution in support of humanitarian relief for victims of a 7.6 magnitude earthquake in the Karachi region on the India-Pakistan border.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Scrum Master (CSM). Graduate of the University of Connecticut’s School of Business with a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Technology.
