* City of Yonkers Medicaid Compliance Officer* Oversee Yonkers Public Schools Medicaid Compliance Program* Support Superintendent, Ass. Superintendents, senior staff and principals in all aspects of employee accountability through policy and regulatory governance * Provide training to employees and providers regarding Medicaid compliance issues, the compliance program operation; expectations of those providing services, and the procedures to be followed by any person who suspects non-compliance* Perform quality assurance activities further ensuring YPS compliance with current laws, regulations, and policies* Perform monthly reviews of the Office of Medicaid Inspector General (OMIG) website to identify providers that are excluded from Medicaid* Submit reports on a quarterly basis to Yonkers Board of Trustees on the activities of the compliance program * Complete the review of any allegations presented by Yonkers Public Schools staff or from the State Compliance Officer and develop remedial plan required as a result of the review within established timelines and following established State procedures* Provide technical assistance to ensure that policies are followed in accordance with the State Medicaid Compliance Program* Review samples of denied claims to determine trends * Analyze retro payments for account posting appropriateness

* Analyze and compile monthly statistical reports related to A/R, Receipts and discharges * Compile various reports for presentation to senior management * Create contract summaries for all employees * Auditing consent forms & enforce HIPAA Privacy law * Assist AVP in negotiating major contracts * Manage multiple projects for AVP of Rev.
