Open the facility and check on all machinery and products.Run and maintain the line throughout the day.Replace any employees that have called in or did not show up, this ranges from temp services to advertisements online.Manage the 2 different shifts of employees (including scheduling, time sheets, and that they are doing there job correctly and in the proper attire, they are on time, clean and ready to work).Control inventory and keep track on excel.Create all excel sheets used in the facility.Keep track of all services used, and make payments to the services that were used, including date and time and signatures.Create all documentation to run the facility, including: Schedules, Daily production logs, inventory sheets, product control sheets, Bills of lading for products going in and out, and all important information for the employees.Maintain product count and assure all orders go out, and on time.Mix and make all products to be used in a day to ensure product consistency and inventory controls are followed, pre-weighed all products for the employees to create a smoothly flowing work place throughout the day.Learn about all new machinery, and be able to work on, repair, and do preventative maintenance.Quality control for all products, including: testing to ensure our product is gluten free, eating one to ensure taste and consistency, cooking frozen ones to check for stability wile cooking.Manage all equipment, including: Running the forklift, Driving moving trucks, Loading and unloading of all new equipment, Knowledge of Excel (be able to type and write your own formulas).Hiring and firing of all employees.Putting out advertisements for employment.Doing interviews with all potential employees.Deal with any and all HR issues of the facility.Maintain all paperwork from purchases made from the facility.End of month inventory count, including: all made product, all products used in the facility to make our products, hours for all employees.
