Create an environment conducive to learning for all student athletes with an emphasis on providing extra assistance in academics for student-athletes while serving as the primary academic advisor for the softball student-athletes.

•Mentor student-athletes• Help transition students into a higher education setting•Assist in creating schedules and organizing day-to-day classes and activities•Create paths to graduation•Assist students in developing study skills and strategies•Identify students that may need extra assistance and/or guidance•Advise students to take coursework leading to graduation•Audit progress towards degrees•Create an atmosphere conducive to learning•Tutor courses in which applicable knowledge is available•Create daily and weekly regimens for students•Provide detailed updates of the students' daily and weekly progress

• Create schedules for student-athletes that work in conjunction with athletic responsibilities• Monitoring of continuing eligibility and degree progress for the student-athletes• Creation of path to degree plans • Provide academic support for at-risk student-athletes• Coordination of tutor appointments at SAASA Bogle Academic Center• Oversee study hall on a daily basis at SAASA Bogle Academic Center• Conduct daily/weekly academic meetings with student-athletes• Establish strong relationships with instructors, advisors, and administration• Volunteer in various athletic department events (fundraisers, recruitment, etc.)

• Market, implement, and oversee high school recreation leagues for the facility• Manage and supervise subordinates (full- and part-time) and day-to day operations of a multi-purpose facility• Create budget and track all costs for programming services • Monitor and inspect facilities, program, and staff for efficiency and effectiveness• Report directly to General Manager regarding changes or modifications needed in the facility or programs• Market and sell various types of memberships through various avenues• Perform risk management checks on a regular basis for all facility areas• Conduct retention management• Create and analyze customer satisfaction surveys• Advocate for members while upholding the mission and goals of the Fayetteville Athletic Club• Head of personal training program for young and aspiring basketball players• Manage membership issues on a daily basis• Perform CPR or use a defibrillator in the case of an emergency
