Flare Systems: Conduct extensive flare system operation and management gap assessments and develop exhaustive minimization strategies and compliance programs, including coordination with site-wide flare system monitoring SOPs for international corporations, across multiple industries, including polyethylene plants, refineries, and oil exploration and production sites.Title V: Assist with Title V Permit renewal applications and provide support role for performance demonstrations for Title V Permit compliance in multiple states, including Georgia, Virginia, and Arizona.Consent Decree: Participate in Global Consent Decree requirement implementation for multiple 100,000+ bbl/day refineries for the following program areas: Flares and BWON.BWON: Develop BWON TAB, 2BQ, and 6BQ documentation tools for 100,000+ bbl/day refineries with >1,000 BWON-regulated streams; develop extensive BWON Operator training and BWON Program Compliance Manual and extensive compliance tool for 300,000+ bbl/day refinery; develop strategy for transition of operations from refinery to terminal. NSPS & MACT: Assist in regulatory interpretation and implementation for NSPS Subparts Db, Dc, J, Ja, Kb, VV, VVa, GGG, GGGa, QQQ, IIII, and JJJJ and MACT Standards CC and ZZZZ.Compliance Reports: Create semiannual reports, annual compliance certifications (ACC), and other reports as required by Title V Permits in multiple states, including Georgia, New Jersey, Arizona.Emission Inventory: Develop and manage extensive emissions inventory spreadsheets for multiple industries including carpet manufacturers, cogeneration plants, aeronautical research facilities, polyethylene plants, and others.
