Hello Everyone,My name is Derick Phillips, I grew up in WA state but currently live in Utah. I spent a little over 12 years in the military and that time was split up between the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. I'm not sure why I decided to try a different branch, but it was an experience to say the least. For the past 4 years I've been working in the security world trying to establish a solid career. I worked for Loomis as an Armed Courier and then moved on to work for Triple Canopy as a Protective Security Officer. I also worked for Bungie as a full-time Security Officer. Currently I'm a student at Weber State University attending the law enforcement academy to pursue a career in law enforcement.In my spare time, I enjoy getting outdoors during the summer and experiencing the best of the pacific northwest. I enjoy hiking through the unending number of trails as well as camping with friends and my better half. During the colder months in WA, I take my season pass up to the ski resorts every year and enjoy gliding down the mountains on my snowboard. When I'm not out on an adventure, I enjoy gaming on my custom-built pc and binging watching shows on Netflix with my Fiancé.
