Volunteer for the Davie County Rescue Squad. Hold certifications in this as well for Emergency Rescue Technician, and Emergency Medical Responder. Serving in this organization entitled responding to asset EMS with all dispatched medical calls, as well as responding to all rescue situations, and traffic accidents. Also served as the Chaplin for the organization during the 2003 fiscal year.

Volunteer position at High Point Church, located in Lake Wales Fl. Started with the student ministry team in developing a student worship team. Served as Jr. High student pastor consisting of 45-50 6th and 7th graders from diverse backgrounds

- Youth Pastor serving at Eastside Baptist Church in Haines City. During a 6 month period the church was without a senior pastor, so I fulfilled multiple roles. Position required micromanagement, public speaking and delegation, as well as organization and planning. A team of 6 leaders and small groups were developed. Also was responsible for budget development and management.

Volunteer position. Responsible for state events, for both states, and over 100 combined churches. Developing communication with the churches in North and South Carolina, and provided ministry tools for those whose budget did not allow.

Licensed Pastor in North Carolina. Established student ministry in a church of 200 members. Upon my departure, ministry was averaging 15 students with 8 leaders. Also coordinated fundraisers, which raised over $6,000 annually for events. Facilitated discipleship of the students, as well as mentoring and organizing the leadership team, to continue after my departure.

Volunteer firefighter for Mocksville Fire Department. Hold many certifications towards completion of the Firefighter I & II degree. I enjoyed serving in the department because it allowed the opportunity to give back to the community I lived in. Received Fireman of the Year award for 2002.

Worked in two different counties during this time: Davie and Rowan. Hold a diploma in Emergency Medical Dispatching, as well as certifications in DCI for DMV background checks, and criminal background checks. The largest center I served in was Rowan County. Job description included call taking for emergency and non-emergency calls; dispatching for Sheriff’s Department, 6 Police stations, 30 Fire Departments, 6 EMS stations, county wide Rescue Squad, and Animal Control. Very comfortable and able to function well under high stress conditions. Strengths also include working with computers, and problem-solving skills
