Being knowledgable about a property's goods, services, and amenities provided me with tools to excellent customer service and positive interactions with patrons. Then being in the medical field this is where I have found that I will be pursuing the field of psychology. In which I earned my B.A. in Psychology at Nevada State University. With years of Psychiatric/Behavioral Health and Hospitality, I am positive I will make an impact towards not only the organization as a whole but also the clients that I interact with on a daily basis.
