What gets me out of bed in the morning is the nagging sense that a lot of people are living lives they don't really believe in. I think that changes when people and organizations discover how their deepest passions and assets can overlap with the world's greatest needs.I have spent the last 15 years in various roles in the nonprofit sector- executive director of organizations ranging from startups to national and global organizations, minister, and contract work as a coach/trainer/consultant. The common thread running through my career has been telling and inviting people to live a better story. The end of 2023 marked the beginning of a new chapter in my career as I discovered that the story I had been living with my work as a pastor was no longer the best way for me to show up in the world. I have discovered the things that are most life giving and have been most effective are transferable skills and happen to be what organizations actually need to solve real problems: strategic vision, cross functional team leadership and development, philanthropy, marketing & communications, stakeholder success, and collaboration for collective impact.I am really interested in freeing people and organizations to do what they do best by helping them get clarity, refine communications, increase impact, and move toward their mission & purpose operating more effectively in healthy, equitable, and innovative ways.
