I have many artistic hats and love to create. I also love to finish projects!I take private and public commissions as a painter / illustrator / creative designer and performance artist. You can find my work online, at the Oklahoma State Capitol, in upcoming films (Benches, Adam and Yvette), and out and about as an artist with City of Tulsa for events like FreedomFest for Riverparks.As a painter I have created large impromptu works onstage with bands, notably Autumn Shade and Brother Rabbit and others. I've sold dozens and dozens of works and have taken commissions for long-form paintings.You may remember me from QuickDraw Derick, the kids show that appeared on Television a few years ago. I wrote, produced and starred in the program. I taught kids how to draw and other life lessons. I have painted as QuickDraw Derick at events for Oklahoma schools to celebrate literacy and other endeavors that push kids to learn, think for themselves and grow.As a photographer, I've taken subjects that vary from CosmoGirl and the Los Angeles Tourism Board, to landscapes of Paris; product photography and graphic design for many websites, as well as actor headshots, modeling pics, weddings, engagements, senior portraits, parties, events, etc; and have won awards for my work. I've even won first place at the Tulsa State fair!As an actor and performing artist I've been busy on television, stage and film. I performed as multiple characters in the "Whodunnit" comedy dinner theatre. I was a terrible waiter, Austin Powers, the rock god, Ice, Detective Mike Fox, a Scottish Thespian, a Wampire, etc., etc. for over five years. I love personally entertaining folks and I love improv.
