I am currently employed by the West Ada School District as a Community Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist working under the direction of a School Psychologist to help students overcome challenges by using behavioral regulation techniques and other approaches. I joined Psychology Degree 411 as an expert reviewer due to my study of psychology as an undergraduate and graduate student. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2017 from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. I added a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2021 with the goal of helping others in some area of counseling or human services. I run Public Relations and Event Coordination at Ride on Dads, an NFP that raises funds for prostate cancer research. Prior roles include service advisor positions at Tesla Motors, Sales Rep at T-Mobile, and Test Procter and Resident Assistant at Weber State University. My experience shows the range of my diverse interest, including human services as well as psychology, with a degree at the bachelor’s and master’s level.I am currently working on my goal of finding a career in which I can better assist others in the mental health professional field or working with local agencies that help better our experiences within our local forests as I find that nature can benefit all individuals; including those who may have a mental or physical deficiency.
