Following 2.5 years as Managing Partner of OMD China and OMG Hong Kong, Deric returned to HK to serve as the CEO of OMD. He led a full-scale agency restructuring and fostered a culture focused on driving innovation and growth for both OMD clients and talents. Under his leadership, the agency embraced new digital expertise, attracted foreign talents, and enhanced its product offerings by adopting data and technology. During Deric' tenure, OMD welcomed over 10 new clients including MGM Cotai, Dairy Farm’s supermarket chains (Wellcome, 3hreesixty, Jasons, Market Place by Jasons and Oliver’s The Delicatessen), SmarTone and Pricerite.
