Part of commercial team responsible for the launch of Sage Therapeutics inaugural product ZULRESSO. Lead the design, modeling and roll out of IC plans and sales reward programs for the sales forces and market access teams. Built reporting platform for sales, market access and home office employees. Owned the design, modeling and roll out of IC plans and sales reward programs for 2 sales forces and 2 clinical nurse educator teams within the US Oncology Business Unit. Oversaw and provided input on sales reporting, sales analysis, field force alignment, call targeting, sales training, and data governance. Managed non-cash reward programs. • Led integration of a 45-member sales force from an acquired company by driving IC planning, field force alignment, data reporting, HCP targeting. Integration was complete in 4 months, in time for new product launch.• Revitalized noncash reward program that was languishing due to operational inefficiencies, and subsequently became the preferred platform for the rest of Takeda. Played a key role in transitioning platform to other BUs. • Directed development, modeling and roll out of sales IC launch plans to motivate the sales force and support a successful launch trajectory for NINLARO, the first oral proteasome inhibitor for Multiple Myeloma. Sales revenue exceeded initial expectations the first year.• Led creation of the company’s first product patient conversion report, a tool that provides patient count information at a product level and allows Marketing and Clinical Nurse Educators to strategically target educational programs, Market Access to identify potential reimbursement barriers, and sales teams to more effectively convert patients to a preferred product. • Launched new mobile platform for reporting sales data and developed/led comprehensive training on the platform at the National Sales Meeting. Training received accolades from all attendees.• Led MDM update for launch of new products, allowing for better integration of data flow throughout all relevant systems, including sales reporting, call reporting, targeting, and field force alignment.• Awarded “Millennium Cup” based on outstanding contributions to sales force performance.
