This expertise encompasses equity capital markets, venture capital, diverse investment funds, Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPEs), public M&A transactions, debt capital markets, and Islamic financial instruments.As a partner at White & Case LLP, I've been leading the the Capital Markets division in Turkey since August 2015. In this role, we've earned every notable ranking, award, and accolade available in this field.My legal expertise is complemented by a comprehensive education in economics, finance, climate analysis, and climate change. This multidisciplinary background equips me with unique perspectives and innovative solutions to some of the most critical challenges of our time.I leveraged this foundation to co-found Esmiyor, an acclaimed digital media platform and design collective that elevates the conversation on climate change and environmental issues. Our dedication has positioned Esmiyor as a leading voice for climate action in Turkey, recently recognized as the Early Stage Social Start-Up of the Year in 2022.Fueled by a commitment to social innovation and impact investing, I also co-founded EcoCensus Ventures.
