About Derk V.

After partly finished studies involved in mortgage banking at FGH from 1973 till 1988..In 1988 co-founder of Alpha Bedrijfshypotheken in Amsterdam, one of the first companies in the Netherlands for completely independent financing / mortgage broking for commercial real estate, developments and portofolios. Company renamed into Alpha Vastgoedfinanciering in 2000 after management buy out together with mr Jaap Ossewaarde. Now part time consultant. Today, the market for real estate financing is small, though growing with an increasing number of formal and informal parties, mostly for financing residential real estate and/or bridge finance. Not much choice in the sector non residential. Many financial institutions acting extremely cautious, with extreme attention for details and correct information through mostly digital appliance forms, making specialist knowhow on both real estate and mortgaged financing more necessary than ever........Specialisms: mediation and engineering of mortgaged financing of commercial real estate, portofolios and building developments with the major financing companies in the Netherlands, mediation on strategic- and tactical loan management of company- and/or privately owned real estate / portofolio's and projects .
