With over 12 years of case management experience at multiple levels of the social services field. Including, 6+ years of experience in healthcare, developing, implementing, and managing projects at multiple levels in organizations. I've led cross-functional teams in projects focused on patient engagement and satisfaction, provider engagement and satisfaction, and enhancing productivity and workflow issues. I've provided day-to-day leadership for a department of 46+ social workers and a team of care coordinators, provided hiring recommendations, and precepted new employees to the department. In addition to my MBA degree, I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) who provides mental health services in the community using a wide range of therapeutic techniques. I've led cross-functional workgroups that looked into policies to enhance the Behavioral Health programs. Currently, I manage a department composed of social workers and paramedics who provide crisis intervention, case management, and EMS services in 14 cities. The team is expanding and we are expanding the number of cities we serve.
