I have successfully managed kitchen operations, inventory, scheduling, and quality control while setting new standards for customer satisfaction and food safety.With over 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have honed my skills in various roles, from Shift Leader to Sous Chef and Food Expeditor to Server. I have demonstrated my ability to handle high-pressure situations, run an efficient and profitable restaurant, and create and maintain long-lasting relationships with staff, suppliers, and guests. I am always eager to learn from new experiences and challenges in the culinary and hospitality field.
