• Prepare detail engineering specification such as (Design Basis, Data Sheet, P&ID, Material Specification, Design calculation for piping, Pressure vessel, Gas scrubber, Sizing custody metering (Orifice, Turbine and Ultrasonic), early design General arrangement drawing, Material Take Off (MTO), Project schedule, Budgeting package for Pipeline project, Metering package, Equipment Valve, Gas scrubber package, Pressure vessel package.• Making owner estimation for package mechanical project c/w scope of work, scope of supply and supporting procurement division to ensure scope of supply from contractor comply with technical specification• Review and Approval engineering documentation and detail specification from vendor before procure equipment and fabrication.• Coordination with contractor or vendor during project and to make sure the specification is comply• Monitoring and Supervising during testing (such as Hydrostatic test, FAT, SAT and Commissioning) to make sure all testing comply with procedure• Ensuring that equipment works to its specification

• Prepare detail engineering documentation for mechanical and instrumentation parts, such as (IDS, P&ID, BOM, MTO, GA drawing, Hook Up drawing, Isometric drawing, for get approval by client• Design calculation of piping, skid structure, gas filter station, Orifice meter sizing, turbine meter sizing, Ultrasonic meter sizing and other parts instrumentation• Responsibilities to review engineering documentation and detail specification from vendor before fabrication activity and procure the equipment. • Creating and carrying out test procedures (Hydrostatic Test Procedure, Pigging Procedure, Pneumatic Test Procedure, FAT Procedure, SAT Procedure)• Making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedures• Scheduling and coordination work to tight deadlines• Ensuring that equipment works to its specification• Investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults and troubleshooting during testing and commissioning test• Liaising with installation or project engineer during construction/installation and testing, also supervising engineering and technical staff while on site having problem about construction and I must to provide technical support to get the solution• Writing reports during construction and testing and documentation for progress working to maintain schedule on time, Ensuring safe working conditions• Supervise FAT, SAT, Commissioning test with government (MIGAS, BP MIGAS, DITMET) for approval overall system • Coordination with document control to release final documentation such as design Book, Operational and Maintenance Manual, Manufacture Data Record.
