• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair malfunctions and failures of Caterpillar machine, engine system and their component both mining equipment and construction equipment at customer site then list and order the parts required to fix the problem.• Carry out testing and adjusting (technical analysis level 2) then communicate orally and in writing information, explanation to customers and management regarding equipment condition, problems and recommendations based on data interpretation.• Analyze and investigate equipment issue (maintenance, application and operation) then create failure analysis report.• Carry out preventive maintenance, remove and install component for all Caterpillar equipment at customer’s site. Perform top overhaul CAT engine for generator and marine engine. Perform product improvement and product support program base on CAT instruction at customer site. Perform some modify for the tool attachment installed to the machine.• Delivery machine and generator to the customer, perform commissioning test, then conduct basic operation and maintenance training as the support for the customer. Handling various model of Caterpillar mining and construction equipments

- CIAP ( Caterpillar Instructor & Assessor Program ) for coach & assess serviceman to achieve skill required- maintain all of CAT Rental equipment operating at Grasberg Mine - Freeport Mc Moran copper & gold - Indonesia- • Report to service Supervisor, responsibility for managing service business unit for maintaining CAT rental equipment including service process, operating monitoring/reporting, work order management, customer relation, SHE / Contamination control & people development.• Manage all maintenance and health activities performed on CAT Rental equipments that consist of vorious type of caterpillar equipment excavator 320C/D,330 C/D, 336 D, 345 C/D, 349 D,385C,390 D articulated dump truck 740A/B series, Bulldozer D10 R/T and D 11 R/T, Backhoe Loader 428E,OHT 777 D, Compactor CS 683 E, Integrated tool carrier IT 38 H and IT 62 G/H & Wheel loader 966 G/H. Ensure machine availability meet with the target above 85 %• Carry out troubleshooting on engine system, power train system, hydraulic system and electrical system• Carry out testing & adjusting on engine system, power train system, hydraulic system, and electrical system• Carry out plan and un plan job in the shop, PM activity, remove & install component, repair backlog, performance test machine and engine• Assist technician and senior technician while Carry out plan and un plan job in the shop, PM activity, remove & install component, repair backlog, performance test machine and engine• Delivery machine to customer for roll in rental machine• Perform technical analyst level 1 and technical analyst level 2 while roll out rental machine• Ensure technician productivity meet with the target above 90% & utilization above 80%. Create the performance mid year & annual.• Attend weekly performance meeting to review rental performance about: machine availability, top ten problems, last labor to close, labor utilization, WIP aging, MTTR, MTFS, MTBS, service accuracy, technician productivity, etc.

• Report to service General Foreman for managing plan & un plan job both shop and field breakdown and daily inspection on Cat Rental fleet consist of excavator 320C/D,330 C/D, 336 D, 345 C/D, 349 D,385C,390 D articulated dump truck 740A/B series, Bulldozer D10 R/T and D 11R/T , Backhoe Loader 428E,OHT 777 D, Compactor CS 683 E, Integrated tool carrier IT 38 H and IT 62 G/H & Wheel loader 966 G/H . At this time i do manage 12 shop & field service technician.• Carry out troubleshooting on engine system, power train system, hydraulic system and electrical system• Carry out testing & adjusting on engine system, power train system, hydraulic system, and electrical system• Assist technician and senior technician while carry out trouble shooting & testing adjusting on engine system, power train system, hydraulic system, and electrical system• Carry out plan and un plan job in the shop, PM activity, remove & install component, repair backlog, performance test machine and engine• Assist technician and senior technician while Carry out plan and un plan job in the shop, PM activity, remove & install component, repair backlog, performance test machine and engine• Carry out shop & field plan and un plan job repair and daily inspection then create backlog list on those equipments then propose to planner to be perform in the next PM schedule in the workshop. • Create daily activities report then reported to the General foreman / service supervisor & create the failure analisys report for the machines were still under warranty coverage• Develop mechanic skill by assist to full fill their skill gap in TDP (Technician development program) and make the recommendation for getting appropriate training.

Cat Rental fleet consist of excavator 320C/D,330 C/D, 336 D, 345 C/D, 349 D,385C,390 D articulated dump truck 740A/B series, Bulldozer D10T,Backhoe Loader 428E,OHT 777 D, Compactor CS 683 E, Integrated tool carrier IT 38 H and IT 62 G/H & Wheel loader 966 G. Carry out field breakdown repair and daily inspection then create backlog list on those equipments then propose to planner to be perform in the next PM schedule in the workshop.• Perform repair temporary job in the field then bring to the shop• Perform trouble shooting and testing adjusting in the field for Cat rental equipment.• Work together with junior mechanic (Trainee mechanic and Mechanic) in perform maintenance process and assist them to do troubleshooting & performance test on these Cat Rental equipments.• Perform most economic repair on machine under warranty coverage, create failure analisys report then submit that report to Caterpillar representative in job site

• Report to crew leader & Service foreman related maintenance activities as product support specialist to support machines under warranty coverage in Surface mine. • Carry out trouble shooting and testing adjusting for machine and engine under warranty and revenue job base on customer requirement.•Complete SIMS report for all product problem then propose to the technical communicator responsible for looking out the solution•Work closely with customer (PT.Freeport Indonesia) as product support technician in maintain various model of Caterpillar machines consist of dump truck 777 C/D, 785 C, 793 B/C, articulated dump truck 740, wheel loader 938 G/H, 966 G/H 988 H, 992 G, Motor Grader 14 G/H,16 G/H and 24 H, Bull dozer D10R/T, D11R/T, Wheel tractor 834B.
