Former Chief Transformation Officer at ADP and the prior Chief Human Resources Officer at ADP and TIAA. Inducted Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources since 2018. With close to 20 years reporting to CEOs and over 30 years leading global HR teams, I have deep operating business experience and possess a differentiated ability to embrace and engage the Human Balance Sheet through growth and change. Proven ability to lead global organizations through transformational change by fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and teamwork. This is achieved by being motivationally clear on what success looks like for the organization, its people, clients, and investors. Communicating purpose, values, measurable outcomes that demonstrate a step change in performance, and overseen by a data driven governance framework that ensures reward alignment, transparency, and accountability. My appreciation and understanding of different perspectives has been forged throughout my career and fine tuned by growing up in Ireland, moving to the USA at 18, and spending 5 years in Asia with Morgan Stanley, first in Hong Kong and then Tokyo, Japan. A trusted leader and advisor who is driven by integrity, transparency, and humor. I continue to be involved with not-for-profit organizations as well as Venture Capital, on the fund, advisory, and investment sides of the business. I work closely with SemperVirens VC, Reach Capital, Spring Health, SucceedSmart, SeekOut, Growthspace, Summer, and Gable, all very dynamic and innovative businesses.
