His responsibilities included managing 20 consultants in Freight Forwarding and Manufacturing division between the Sydney & Melbourne office, team utilisation, personal development, annual reviews and mentoring, as well as Business development, pre-sales, project management and delivering education and training. He successfully established the manufacturing division in Melbourne and Sydney and helped grow the company to as large as 53 employees at one stage. As a result CSSL Australia became the preferred reseller of the Marcam product suite on the back of this growth in stature, capability and competency.
