• Establish schedules, manpower requirements and operation windows based on volume. Ensures enforcement of safety codes, OSHA standards and sound housekeeping practices within the department.
• Manage customer service aspect of the logistics center facility, both internally and externally to ensure order integrity, accuracy and timely shipment. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules and expedites.

Houston & Dallas / Fort Worth, TX

• Manage drivers and 51,000 sq. ft.cross dock for automotive service parts operation.
• Responsible for approximately 400 daily dedicated dealership deliveries in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Missouri, Kansas and Arkansas. Control of $16.5 million annual revenue. Report to Group Logistics Manager.
• Direct 2 supervisors, 3 dispatchers, 70 union drivers (UAW) in 15 domiciles, 29 union warehouse employees (USW) and 1 support staff.
