Duties include collecting and assisting with payroll, time sheets, enrollment papers, time off requests, new hire paper work, termination paper work and assisting any department manager with payroll issues.Audit the American Express Business Account to ensure proper approvals are submitted and timely payments are made.Handle large sums of money and prepare deposit for bank drop.Create and maintain aged analysis reports and make collection attempts on accounts 30 days or older.Ensure daily accounts receivable and monthly accounts payable figures are reconciled with the bank statement.Run and create 1099-MISC reports.Assist in annual audit procedures.Collect employee payroll data and verify for accuracy and completeness.
