CurrentSupporting three mid-level executives in financial, marketing, and client management capacities.• Managing department budgets – analyzing spend, forecasting revenue, identifying expense drivers, and recommending expense control initiatives. • Invoicing, AR/AP, deliver comprehensive ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports to management.• Analysis of vendors’ proposals, terms renegotiation, project resource and budget allocation.• First point-of-contact for all clients’ inquiries – troubleshooting hands-on before escalating.• Compiling results, insights, presenting recommendations to clients.• Inbox management, meeting screening, prioritization, and escalation.• Administer employee expense reimbursement process in compliance with company policies.
