Current- Supporting three mid-level executives in financial, marketing, and client management capacities.
- Managing department budgets – analyzing spend, forecasting revenue, identifying expense drivers, and recommending expense control initiatives.
- Invoicing, AR/AP, deliver comprehensive ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Analysis of vendors’ proposals, terms renegotiation, project resource and budget allocation.
- First point-of-contact for all clients’ inquiries – troubleshooting hands-on before escalating.
- Compiling results, insights, presenting recommendations to clients.
