As a Category Manager and an IT Lead at ALDI USA, I have been managing the product supply chain and resolving technical issues for the divisional office, district managers, and warehouse personnel. I have also been leading and participating in multiple projects, such as a product-ordering software pilot, a Windows 10 update, a VoIP system upgrade, and a hybrid work implementation.I have a Google Analytics Certification from Skillshop, which demonstrates my proficiency in using data and analytics to optimize business performance and customer satisfaction. I am currently pursuing multiple other certifications including Google Cybersecurity Professionals certification from Coursera, CompTIA Secuirty+ certification and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through Ball State. I have also been mentoring and coaching other advisors and assistants, both at ALDI USA and at my previous role as a Remote Senior Advisor at Apple, where I resolved complex cases for customers and adhered to strict confidentiality and security protocols. My skills include business development, sales strategy, customer relationship management, team leadership, problem-solving, project management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
