Served as the Chief Financial Officer for Germania Insurance until my retirement in November 2019, including Information Technology and the optimization of Data & Analytics. My passion for strategy enabled me to champion and lead the development of a Vision Statement for the organization and create alignment through strategy maps, annual roadmaps, scorecards for accountability and incentives tied to the Vision. This effort provided greater focus on customer experience and growth, leading to a significant increase in cross-sell of products to existing customers - driving top line revenue growth. During my tenure as CFO revenue quadrupled. I also served as the Secretary-Treasurer and voting Board member on Germania’s parent and five subsidiary Boards. As a Board member, I also served on the Finance Committee, Audit Committee, ERM Committee, Retirement Committee, and Pricing Committee, and played an active role in corporate governance - constitution, by-laws, committee charters, code of conduct, core values and guiding principles.
