I am responsible for all facets of quality in this role.I contributed to the launch of a new product that included a cleanroom and filling operation, packaging, and shipping. I directed CAPA activities for the packing production line and supported Kaizen events.In the first six months, I led the installation and ramping up of five lines to full production, with over a million units shipped each month by the third month. I managed a team of over 25 Quality Inspectors, with accountability for hiring, corrective and disciplinary measures, including termination, to maintain the overall effectiveness of the team.For the first six months of the program, I was responsible for the material review board, containment, and sort activities.
