Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO), responsible for the development, implementation and execution of operational programs and expense management within my market. Support and advocate stores through change and manage operations autonomously within the market. Work closely with the Market Director and Regional Director of Operations to ensure the alignment of the Market with overall company and regional strategy and focus of the workforce on the achievement of key performance metrics while increasing sales and profitability.•Operating and supporting an Enterprise-level business approach, continuously critiques store operating systems, policies, procedures and processes for opportunities for improvement. Fostering an environment of collaboration, sharing and developing mitigating suggestions. Works closely with peers and the CSC (Customer Support Center), on a frequent basis.

Responsible for providing superior customer service and driving sales and margin in alignment with the financial plan of the retail store. Primary responsibilities included controlling and monitoring overall store expenses, and ensuring that all corporate financial and merchandising standards were maintained and enforced. Also monitored and managed a variety of store specific programs (e.g., Installed Sales, Delivery, Product Services). Additional responsibilities include overseeing the overall safety, security, supervision, training, mentoring, and scheduling of all assigned personnel, as well as many other duties. Responsible for all receiving and stocking functions of the store while managing assigned employees. Powered equipment traininer,Manage inventory and shrink to budget. Maintaining selling shelves to full capacity. Assignment and completion validation of the Freight Flow Worklist. Completion of the Freight Flow Productivity Worksheet daily in day stocking stores. Completion of the Weekly Downstocking Schedule daily. Responsible for the overall performance of assigned area. Honor the 10% Price Guarantee at all times. Responsible for wearing clean uniform, nametag and will be well groomed at all times. Comply with performance criteria, standards of conduct, discipline and discharge procedures contained in the NewEmployee Orientation Guide and Employment Package, Store Operations Policy Procedure Manual, Human ResourceManagement Guide, Code of Ethics, Merchandise Maintenance programs, and Safety programs. Administer HR policies and procedures consistently. Maintain proper control of payroll and other controllable expenses.
