As a United States Airman for the last 21 years I’ve become a subject matter expert for aircraft maintenance on two separate airframes, the C-130E and KC-135R/T. I utilized that knowledge to become a KC-135 Field Training Detachment Instructor for four years before returning to the maintenance arena and sharpening my leadership and management skills. As I always search for growth I was able to gain valuable experience in Continuous Process Improvement and Project Management, earning certifications in Theory of Constraints, Lean Six Sigma, and Project Management. I am currently serving as a Program Manager for Process Advancement with the Air Force Logistics Office of Innovation team, Tesseract.
