Lead a team of sales engineers that provides technical presales support to the Digicel Business ICT sales team. My team works alongside members of the sales team to convert ICT leads into workable, yet winnable business solutions. We create solutions that satisfies the needs of customers while allowing these customers to stay within their budget. In addition to providing managerial oversight, I also design ICT business solutions based on products and services from vendors such as Cisco, Dell, HPE, Avaya, Fortinet, Ruckus, Veeam and Microsoft. In addition, I also design solutions based on Digicel-branded products such as data centre colocation services, WAN services, hosted PBX systems and Cloud-based IaaS systems.

- Has overall responsibility for the change, release and patch management processes that are utilized in the delivery of Managed IT Infrastructure Services to clients.- Ensure that all infrastructure changes adheres to agreed and documented change and release management processes.- Define and develop change and release management processes in line with established best practices (ITIL/MOF).- Manage a team of change, release and patch management analysts who are located throughout various territories across the Caribbean.- Ensure that IT infrastructure changes are carried out in a consistent and timely manner while minimizing business disruptions.

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of IT Support Services into named strategic accounts in several countries throughout the Caribbean.• Perform periodic service performance reviews in keeping with Service Level Agreements.• Ensure that the quality of IT support services are maintained consistently at the standards stipulated in Service Level Agreements. • Ensure that the financial objectives of the services department are met on a month-by-month basis. • Effectively manage relationships with IT service vendors, partners and customers.• Be the escalation point for critical service delivery problems and work in conjunction with other team members to quickly resolve problems in such a way to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.• Continuously work to refine key business processes and procedures in order to improve operational efficiencies.• Participate in the negotiation of Service Level Agreements with customers.

- Provide post-sales technical support for Sun, Dell and Hitachi Servers and storage system.- Provide technical support for Solaris(2.6, 7, 8, 9, 10), Microsoft Windows Server (NT, 2000, 2003), Linux (Red Hat, Suse)- Implement and provide technical support for Veritas Volume Manager, Symantec Netbackup, Microsoft Exchange Server 2000- Delivery of classroom training to clients on Solaris and Unix fundamentals locally and internationally.

Responsible for the maintenance and support of the Bank's IT infrastructure which consisted of Novell Netware Servers running NDS and Windows NT Servers with Windows 95 clients. Also responsible for the installation, configuration and on-going support of the Bank's Lotus CCMail email system.
