Responsible for managing production performance, personnel issues, and HSE standards set targets. Implement plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results. Communicate with Production Supervisors of other shifts, and support functions to ensure a transparent information flow, collaborate to define improvement areas and action plans. Ensure proper staffing, integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advise and arrange for appropriate training, and assure punctual job evaluations. Continuously improve work unit performance. through coaching, challenges, skill enhancement, and communication of organizational goals. Oversee the Improvement Idea Implementation Program within the GAPs in order to meet and exceed plant targets. Set and maintain good housekeeping standards throughout the plant. Ensure employees understand daily startup meetings, polyvalence, production target boards, and standardized work. Shipping and Receiving.
