Synchronized the reallocation and strategic movement of over $300 million of equipment and vehicles to support operations in Iraq; reduced excess property by 48% which resulted in a savings of over $8 million to the US government. Managed and coordinated operations in support of a Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Fleet Program of over 6k vehicles. Reduced government leased vehicles across Afghanistan which resulted in a cost avoidance of over $3.2 million a month in support of over 12k personnel supporting operations throughout Afghanistan. Refined and streamlined sustainment and distribution processes to support the vision and methodology for the reduction of strategic sustainment stocks and capability sets that reside in theater to meet the requirements of a reduced military footprint for post-2015 operations.
