Project values range from medium size to mega scale projects (R30m to R1bn+) consisting of a mix of building and civil works . Extensive knowledge of first principle pricing and subcontractor bid adjudication and negotiation.

• Taking complete ownership of tender process • Studying tender documents and compiling tender analysis• Setting up Candy Estimate and pricing of builders work• Compilation of BoQ measure when necessary• Assisting Senior Estimator with the pricing of Preliminaries• Assisting management with compilation of tender program, method statements and qualification letters• Attending site visits• Set up buying schedule• Adjudicate subcontractor and supplier pricing• Negotiating subcontractor discounts• Tender finalisation and mark-up• Assisting Estimating Assistant with returnable schedules where necessary• Analysis and recording of tender results
