Those great organizations helped influence Mr. Evers’ own strong sense of ethics and values for a client-first, entrepreneurial organization. That “Continuous Improvement” in Real Estate has manifested itself in the creation of Kaizen Development Partners.Mr. Evers received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (Construction Science / Management) with Graduate studies from Harvard Business School (OPM). Mr. Evers has served as a Board Member of Make-A-Wish foundation, Healthcare Executives Network, The Real Estate Council, The Compelling Why mentorship program, Aggies Professional Network, and the Harvard Business School African-American Alumni Association. Mr. Evers is also a member of the North Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). -
