Part of my job is to ensure that the Key Performance Areas of the plant are achieved (Operation Ration and Quality Ratio). We as QE are also involved in monitoring Engineer problems and Engineers a. Like gun workability, fixture accuracy, welding sequence, etc. I also plan and schedule all measurement of Main Body that we build in our Daily production. I report directly to General Manager on monthly basis of the progress of the Departments objectives. Project administration: preparation, planning, tendering, commercial evaluation.Project timing: project timings (overall, detail, daily and hourly schedules), equipment manufacturing and installation scheduling.Project preparation: step layouts, body confirmation lists, Std operation sheets, Screw body flow charts, Equipment/Process Check lists, process/cycle charts, equipment specifications, line conditions, countermeasures sheets, safety files as per OSH Act, safety sheets, Post mortem reports, project status reports, etc. Show less
