Administrative Contracting Officer
Current- Equitably distribute work among the team of Contract Administrators (CA).- Responsible for ensuring that the contractor business systems are current, accurate, and complete. - Provide information to DIBCAC regarding contracts containing clause 252.204-7012 for assessment.- Complete CAS noncompliance process and issue COFD memorandum.- Respond to DCAA regarding specific concerns on ICP audits.- Assist CA's with Contract Receipt and Review (CRR) by signing off on CR&R that requires a full FIAR CR&R checklist.- Perform final closeout of assigned contracts, ensuring all administrative and reporting actions are resolved before recommending final closeout.- Address management concerns regarding metrics such as FDD 180, CR&R, Canceling Funds, and Material Weaknesses.- Communicate with DOD and non-DOD employees to resolve issues and discrepancies that may affect deadlines.- Gather information on canceling funds and process modifications to de-obligate funds.- Process 1797s to balance line items and complete Notice of Completions (NOCs) to indicate all deliverables have been delivered.- Provide assistance with canceling funds before the end of the fiscal year to meet metrics.
