At Kumon, I learned how to work with children and better help educate them. I also was given the task of grading. Through that, I was able to learn how to understand grading better and how you can help a child by understanding what the grading is telling you. At this job, I also had to learn what it was like to work with multiple children at once and I found that an interesting skill I picked up.
