I led multiple projects including the squadron's Initial Training overhaul to convert the units Initial Training, an intelligence fundamental and employee orientation program, from a 3-month self-study to a 5-day classroom-based program.Additional project included a $400,000 cross-functional intelligence and data visualization projects integrating data from 7 teams and 430 intelligence professionals into a visualization tool utilized by intelligence analysts for imagery exploitation and production.
