As one of the first group of six Community Development Assistants (CDAs) out of over 15,000 students across the University I supervised and supported Residential Assistants and residential staff on programs and events, in training, assisting with staff interviews, coordinating interdepartment communication, and providing leadership and problem-solving. Took charge of additional responsibilities similar to earlier role as Residential Advisor. Worked closely with students and staff to create a safe, enjoyable environment for College Eight, fostering learning and hosting highly engaging and powerful events while working closely in a supervisory role with students and university employees alike.
