Roles & Responsibilities:* Key accounts management USA40%, EU30% & China 30%* All gender product categories development Men’s /Ladies/Kids* Travels and Seasonal meeting with brands from development to GTM (Go -To-Market)* Communicating with brands in design handover, Tech Pack handover and DR1,DR2, RF development.* Leading internal team, PD, production from last, tooling, upper and bottomdevelopment.* Control pricing from development stage, sampling, order confirmation, AMOwhether to achieve the target price and margin.* Daily follow up order details with factories to ensure the correct information,specifications and timing in right truck for bulk delivery.* Timely provide market Intelligence in new material, technology and sourcing.

Roles & Responsibilities:* Market Intelligence, seasonal trend forecast and sales data analysis* Seasonal development from materials, tech pack and design brief* Daily communicate with global buyers and follow up form productdevelopment, order confirmation, pricing with factories to ensure the correctinformation, specifications and timing in right truck for bulk delivery.* Timely review the change on product development stage and adjusted th sourcing strategy align with buyers’ expectations in design, quality, price anddelivery schedule.* Expanding the sourcing score, new factories audit , regular vendor evaluations and new sourcing.
