Short-term role supporting the leadership implement robust changes to student welfare.

Delivering pre-planned lessons to KS3 and 4 Students. Subjects taught: Business, English, Drama, Oracy and Personal Development.

Supporting the unit leader, I facilitated students with learning disabilities, including Autism, ADD and ADHD, to overcome barriers to learning at Level 4 and invited speakers from JP Morgan and Sunseeker to help students gain practical skills and enhance their employability. My key achievements include:• Coached and mentored a cohort of 30 students to achieve 2:1 at Level 5 and further pursue the BA top-up degree at Bournemouth University• Facilitated the revalidation of the Foundation Degree in Business and Management to meet the entry requirements of UK Universities

In this role, I set examination papers for Level 5 students in People Management, Management Theory and Practice and other Business-related subjects, examined the answer scripts to award marks adhering to a prescribed marking scheme. Lastly, I compiled the results and created a report to guide the Examination Board on the evaluation and standardisation process while awarding the marks to the students.

My role as an Academic Advisor sensitised me to the issues faced by the LGBTQ community and radicalised youth and problems related to their personal development while mentoring Learning Masters and Tutors on supporting these students. I planned and delivered tutorials on these topical issues and provided pastoral support on mental health, anti-discrimination, and student finance. Additionally, I resolved the students’ accommodation problems.

From maintaining the institute’s health and safety aspects to planning and conducting Level 2 business/administration training to adult learners with ASD, autism and rehabilitating from drug abuse, I have played a multifaceted role within Crumbs Training for Independence. I was instrumental in conceiving and creating a work-based e-learning curriculum to build the trainees’ workplace skills, improve their employability and supervise the learners’ progress to identify areas of improvement.

Beginning my career within HR and Training, I managed administration and then advised the Chair of the Board on employment law, company law and financial reporting. As the Senior Operations Manager, HR and Training in 2011, I coordinated and secured the NHS Dorset contract and spearheaded the cultural and people integration of two acquired businesses, undertaking organisational restructuring exercises and merging the three entities into one company.
