I am a very hard worker who loves being a part of the education field. There is nothing more rewarding than making a difference in the lives of children. I started as a teacher, but quickly realized that I could do so much more as an administrator. While I was working as a team leader and teacher of the fourth grade, I went back to school to get a Master's degree in Education Supervision. I was very grateful to move into the administrative team at several different schools over the course of working 18 years in the field of Education. I was able to improve Math scores at one school in grades 3-5 by 21% and was awarded a national award within my first 2 years in administration, I took an opportunity to teach overseas at another school, and I have been working at my current school for 9 years as a Testing Coordinator, Education Technology Specialist, and 20+1 Century Coordinator. I am looking forward to applying the skills I have developed for you in your organization, as well.
